Answers to common parent questions
Everything about travel across Batumi, safe party props, and booking dates.
What program duration should we choose?
For toddlers aged 1–3, 45–60 minutes is ideal. For kids aged 4–10, 60 or 90 minutes works best for active games, a mini show, and the cake ceremony.
When do we need 1 animator vs. a 2-hero combo?
One animator comfortably engages up to 8–10 kids. If you have more than 10 guests, mixed ages, or want an interactive duo of characters, pick a 2-hero combo tier.
Where can the party take place?
We come to any venue of your choice: home, apartment, courtyard, cafe, restaurant, kindergarten, or park, and can also recommend partner play centers in Batumi.
Do you travel outside Batumi?
Yes! Travel within Batumi city limits is free. We also travel to Gonio, Kvariati, Makhinjauri, Chakvi, Tsikhisdziri, and Kobuleti — the travel fee is calculated automatically.
How far in advance should we book and is there a deposit?
Booking 5–14 days ahead gives you the best choice of characters and time slots, though we also accommodate last-minute requests whenever possible.
What if my child gets sick and we need to reschedule?
We understand! Just let us know as early as possible and we will gladly reschedule your party to another available date at no extra charge.
What languages do your animators speak?
Our primary language for parties is Russian. Upon request, we can also host games with English support for international groups of kids.
Are the silver foil disco and face paints safe for kids?
Yes: for our silver disco we use soft, dust-free foil ribbons with smooth edges, and for face painting we use certified hypoallergenic water-based paints that wash off easily.
